Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth Of Rutania in Congress assembled. SEC. 1.

Withdraw from the Human Rights Treaty 4750.
Article 2

Proposed: The Congress of the Commonwealth
Terms Bring back Death Penalty
SEC. 3. Give the right to each political party to propose a cabinet / its going involved each citizen / impacted political parties and government / affected by the act would be every person in rutania SEC. 4.
Government funding by the president will be the president will administer this act and will oversee the bill and its duties
